August 6, 2026 - Meeting to be held at Starbucks on Yelm Hwy

Due to air quality and heat concerns, the HOA meeting on August 6, 2026 will be held at the Starbucks on Yelm Hwy at 7pm.

June 2026 - Help plan the end of summer garage sale and social event

Last year's community garage sale was a hit! Join us at our July 1st meeting to help plan the garage sale and a social event to celebrate summer. 

Mulch Day - May 2 & 3, 2026

As a community, we decided to put mulch in the common areas together rather than paying a company to do it. We'll meet at the basketball court at noon on May 2nd. Whatever we can't complete on Saturday, we'll plan to finish at the same time on Sunday. 

Tree Lights - March 19, 2026

Unfortunately, the lights for community area trees are against Tumwater Municipal Code. The violation could cost the HOA up to $100 per light, per day (adds up to about $3000 daily risk). These lights have been removed and will be returned. 

New Board and Officers - March 18, 2026

Thank you to Ethan, Nevaeh, Monica, and Millicent for your work on the board over the last couple of years. The new board voted in on March 18th includes:
